Michaelis Boyd, award-winning architecture and interior design studio, partnered with us to create an exclusive range of lever handles, door pulls, and cabinet handles.
Scala, the Italian word for stairs, was adopted as the collection's name, owing to the main feature of the handle: the stepped detail. Two finishes were introduced to highlight the dramatic impact of the piece, which was inspired by both the geometric schemes of Italian architect Carlo Scarpa, and the intricate jewellery designs of Malaika Carr.
Please note, this product is made to order and quantity discounts are available.
If you're wondering which finish type to select, here's the key difference: living finishes gently patinate and change over time, ageing gracefully, whilst ageless finishes are either naturally unchanging, or boast a protective ceramic coating which mean the finish stays consistent.
Your selected primary finish will be applied to the cylindrical stems of the door pull, with the secondary finish applied to the main grip.
