PRODUCT STORY

For the ultimate minimalist interior, the TECTUS concealed hinge system enables unrebated doors to be completely flush and therefore integrated into walls and rooms.


When closed the door will remain visible, but the hinges will remain invisible.

DETAILS

High performance concealed Tectus hinge for flush fitting doors that incorporate a cladding of up to 8mm thick. The concealed hinges are easily adjusted after they have been fitted to ensure perfect alignment of the door and the frame.


The 3D adjustment allows the door to be adjusted in the following ways; Horizontal adjustment +3/-3mm, Height adjustment +3/-3mm, compression adjustment +1/-1mm. Guaranteed for 10 years and tested on a maximum adjusted door weight of 160kg (2 hinges).


The HG1030 is a grade 12 and Certifire approved hinge (with use of three hinges per door), the minimum door thickness they can be fitted on is 44mm thick and the hinges will allow a door with up to an 8mm thick cladding on to open 180 degrees. The HG1030.01.FD30 is suitable for use on 30 minute fire doors.


Hinges are supplied as a single item with fixings.

Rose Mechanism

SPBEARING

Stainless steel roses with springing mechanism and sealed ball bearings, for optimum performance.

The unique rota-bearing sprung rose brings smooth, positive and flawless operation while addressing all the common lever handle issues. The unique rota-bearing sprung rose is our preferred option to be used with all lever handles.

BEARING

Stainless steel roses with sealed ball bearings, for optimum performance.

The bearing rose to bring smooth, positive and flawless operation while addressing all the common door knob issues. The unique bearing rose is our preferred option to be used with all door knobs.

BASIC

Flat aluminium rose, that may have to be used in some situations where the Grip Tight, Self-centring, Sprung Bearing Inner-Rose System cannot be accommodated, for example, thin metal doors.

This rose option is not our preferred rose to supply with lever handles or door knobs, it does not offer any of the properties and or performance of the grip tight or sprung rose designs, and operation of the handles are purely down to the strength of the lock and highly accurate installation.

FIXED

Stainless steel roses with TIG-welded fixed spindles.

A highly durable fixed rose for use where a lever handle or door knob is not required to turn, or rotate but is needed to be installed in a push/pull application, e.g. when used in conjunction with a magnetic catch on a cupboard door.

HSTO BEARING

Stainless steel single sided rose with TIG welded spindle with bearing for smooth operation, designed for lever handles and door knobs.

The bearing rose to bring smooth, positive and flawless operation while addressing all the common door knob issues. To be operated from one side of the door by the use of a single door knob.
