We are currently hiring for:

Project Consultant role

To manage qualified project leads from the specification team, prepare initial quotes, guide projects through a long sales cycle, finalize accurate hardware schedules, and secure orders. Ensuring smooth handover to the projects team and delivering an excellent client experience at every stage.

Business Development role

To build and maintain strong relationships with design practices and discover new opportunities.  This role involves meeting and presenting to clients, providing advice and support on hardware specifications, presenting new product collections and arranging the samples required.

Stores Lead role

To ensure inventory is processed, stored, and picked accurately to meet the Joseph Giles operational target of ‘on time in full every time’. This role involves resolving discrepancies, overseeing quality assurance, and co-ordinating day-to-day operations. Additionally, supporting internal teams to drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Production Manager role

To oversee operations to meet customer orders, ensuring KPIs, quality standards, and efficiency targets are met. This role involves managing staff and optimising processes to enhance capacity and meet delivery goals.

Finisher role

This role plays a key part in delivery the high-quality metal polishing and finishes expected for Joseph Giles products. The role requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn various engineering skills, including operating polishing machines and assisting with product assembly.
