A super-prime residential development in the original US Embassy.
1 Grosvenor Square is one of London’s most prestigious addresses, steeped in history and reimagined for modern living. Once home to British aristocracy and later the US Embassy and Canadian High Commission, the building has been at the heart of Grosvenor Estate since the 1700s.
Today, it has been transformed into a super-prime residential development comprising 48 luxury apartments and townhouses, including a penthouse with panoramic views of the city.
Led by Eric Parry Architects, supported by EPR Architects, and with interiors by the award-winning Yabu Pushelberg, the project combines heritage with contemporary design, for which we are proud to have been a part of, with the design and supply of the functional and decorative door hardware.
The Grosvenor Square and Grosvenor Street façades were meticulously dismantled and rebuilt to preserve the building’s character, while achieving modern performance standards and generous ceiling heights.
Inside, Yabu Pushelberg’s interiors balance warm tones with bold accents, creating spaces of timeless elegance. Our hand-applied Mid Antique Brass finish is a timeless, classic choice to complement the palette.
