Push plates and kick plates are designed to protect doors. Push plates can also be useful for covering the fixings of bolt-through fixed single pull handles.
Each plate is made to order to your specification. Please contact our team or fill out an enquiry form for pricing and lead times.
If you're wondering which finish type to select, here's the key difference: living finishes gently patinate and change over time, ageing gracefully, whilst ageless finishes are either naturally unchanging, or boast a protective ceramic coating which mean the finish stays consistent.
Details
Our PL1015 plates are 1.5mm thick and made from solid brass or solid stainless steel.
They are available in any size up to 2000 x 1000mm and are available with either square corners, 6mm radiused corners, or 12mm radiused corners.
Prior to specifying or purchasing push plates, please ensure that the push plate is a least 20mm longer than the centre-to-centre measurements of the pull handles that it will be fitted with.
For attaching to a door, we can supply these plates with the following options:
Drilled and countersunk holes and screws for a mechanical fix.
Self-adhesive tape for adhering; we suggest that a trial is carried out as self-adhesive tape can react with different door finishes.
Plain plates for different methods of fixing.
