HS - heavy sprung, recommended for use with heavy levers or lever handles being installed without our sprung bearing rose
MS - medium sprung, recommended for use with levers handles being installed with our sprung bearing rose

Finish Types
If you're wondering which finish type to select, here's the key difference: living finishes gently patinate and change over time, ageing gracefully, whilst ageless finishes are either naturally unchanging, or boast a protective ceramic coating which mean the finish stays consistent.
Details
This horizontal latch lock is recessed into the door. Its latchbolt is operated by a pair of door knobs with an 8mm spindle and its deadbolt is operated by a traditional 3 lever style key. These locks are keyed to differ, meaning that each key is individual for each lock.
Minimum door thickness for these locks is 32mm and the maximum, as standard, is 54mm.
Certified for FD60 rated fire doors.
For double doors which have rebated meeting stiles, use the LA1084 rebate kit
