A thoughtfully restored Victorian home within the De Vere Conservation Area.
Set within the De Vere Conservation Area in Kensington, this mid-19th century Victorian townhouse has been sensitively restored to support modern family living. Led by Nash Baker Architects, with interiors by K&H Design, the scheme preserves the property’s historic character while introducing contemporary elements that bring clarity and cohesion to the spaces.
In the hallway, staircase, and principal living areas, our Darlington II lever handles introduce a sense of continuity, while bespoke joinery in the lounge and living room is finished with Cube edge pulls, including intricately hammered variations that add subtle texture.
In the master bedroom and dressing room, our Rolled and Hammered cabinet handles are paired with rectangular recessed pulls, giving custom cabinetry a refined, tactile quality.
Bathrooms are finished with understated fittings, including our Albert II door knobs and glass shower door pull handles, maintaining a cohesive and considered approach throughout.
Carefully considered detailing unifies the refurbishment of this Victorian home. Finished throughout our Mid Antique Brass Waxed, the architectural hardware brings warmth and cohesion to both the historic fabric and contemporary interior scheme.
