The shell of the home was intended to be left intact, retaining the history of the building; however, much of the inside was to be modernised.

Our job was to provide the architectural hardware which suited the property’s heritage and the new design scheme.

To accomplish this, we provided a range of our window sashes and casements: our Darlington I lever handle which has a Victorian aesthetic, as well as our Archibald and Beresford doorknobs.

To complete this project, we worked closely with an architect, Buller Welsh, and the builder, GPF Lewis.
