Grade II Listed Park Lane Apartment

Located in a Grade II listed property on London's sought-after Park Lane, this apartment required a complete refurbishment and renovation over two floors. Synergy Lifestyle worked with the client to realise their design vision of Art Deco with a modern twist.

We created a hardware package to help achieve this vision, featuring a wide range of designs, from our Deco-inspired Williamson lever handle to stunning cabinet hardware from our Rolled & Hammered collection. The dressing room cabinetry also featured our Cube edge pulls and classic Sloane swing pulls.

The designer selected a range of finishes - Polished Nickel, Dark Bronze Waxed, and Mid Antique Brass Waxed. Textured shagreen inlaid doors were expertly paired with soft, muted colours, creating visually inviting spaces.

We ensured that a full hardware schedule was always available for visibility and extended our bespoke design service to the project in order to personalise it as much as possible.
