Workshop Wanderings #2
The eye of our photographer is regularly caught when walking past the quality control area, with row after row of products laid out neatly along metres of rubber surfaced benching creating mesmerisingly repetitive patterns.
Quality Control is a vital and labour intensive element at each stage of the manufacturing process. Each item is scrutinised individually to ensure it passes our stringent quality checks before moving to the next stage in the manufacturing process. This is to ensure every product that passes through stands by the Joseph Giles brand and that we can deliver the quality that we promise – and the quality that is rightly expected by our clients.
In this picture, hundreds of raw brass handles specially made for a project are awaiting QC sign-off before being sent to the plating workshop.
