For the ultimate minimalist interior, the TECTUS concealed hinge system enables doors to be completely flush and therefore integrated into walls and rooms.


When closed the door will remain visible, but the hinges will remain invisible.

DETAILS

High-performance concealed Tectus hinge for flush-fitting doors where the door frame is set back from the face of the door by a maximum of 14mm, for example, where a layer of 12.5mm plasterboard with 1.5mm skim runs over the face of the door frame and finishes flush with the face of the door leaf. The concealed hinges are easily adjusted after they have been fitted to ensure the perfect alignment of the door and the frame.


The 3D adjustment allows the door to be adjusted in the following ways; Horizontal adjustment +3/-3mm, Height adjustment +3/-3mm, and compression adjustment +1.0/-1.0mm. Guaranteed for ten years and tested on a maximum adjusted door weight of 100kg (2 hinges).


The HG1058 is classified grade 12, and is Certifire approved for fire doors up to FD30 when used with an intumescent kit, the hinge is also CE rated, recommended for use on medium to heavy duty internal doors. The minimum door thickness they can be fitted on is 40mm thick, and the hinges will allow the door to open 180 degrees subject to the door detail.


Hinges are supplied as a single item with fixings.

SPBEARING

Stainless steel roses with springing mechanism and sealed ball bearings, for optimum performance.

The unique rota-bearing sprung rose brings smooth, positive and flawless operation while addressing all the common lever handle issues. The unique rota-bearing sprung rose is our preferred option to be used with all lever handles.

BEARING

Stainless steel roses with sealed ball bearings, for optimum performance.

The bearing rose to bring smooth, positive and flawless operation while addressing all the common door knob issues. The unique bearing rose is our preferred option to be used with all door knobs.

BASIC

Flat aluminium rose, that may have to be used in some situations where the Grip Tight, Self-centring, Sprung Bearing Inner-Rose System cannot be accommodated, for example, thin metal doors.

This rose option is not our preferred rose to supply with lever handles or door knobs, it does not offer any of the properties and or performance of the grip tight or sprung rose designs, and operation of the handles are purely down to the strength of the lock and highly accurate installation.

FIXED

Stainless steel roses with TIG-welded fixed spindles.

A highly durable fixed rose for use where a lever handle or door knob is not required to turn, or rotate but is needed to be installed in a push/pull application, e.g. when used in conjunction with a magnetic catch on a cupboard door.

HSTO BEARING

Stainless steel single sided rose with TIG welded spindle with bearing for smooth operation, designed for lever handles and door knobs.

The bearing rose to bring smooth, positive and flawless operation while addressing all the common door knob issues. To be operated from one side of the door by the use of a single door knob.
