Being responsible for the overall performance and direction of the business it is essential for me to keep in touch with the market. I spend a large proportion of my time meeting and speaking with our customers, which I very much enjoy as it fuels my passion for providing great customer service.
We have a great team at Joseph Giles, and it’s my responsibility to ensure the team have the opportunity to develop and that the business has a healthy culture. I am passionate about designing and developing new products and work closely with our design team.

I am responsible for the marketing and PR functions across the business. I have a broad background in marketing, covering both the professional services and luxury brand industries.

With over 18 years’ client management experience working within the property industry, and tailoring solutions for each individual client’s needs, my aim is to ensure your enquiry is dealt with efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner.
Head of UK Sales
As Head of UK Sales, I work very closely with the sales team in delivering the best possible project experience for our clients.
This involves developing key client relationships, assisting with specification packages and converting orders on time and within budget.
Head of Logistics
As Head of Logistics, I manage the inbound and outbound distribution of our products, which involves a lot of moving parts to ensure lead times and deliveries are met. Not only do we insist on completing projects in a timely manner, we also ensure that all the products we supply are of the highest standard.
