Challenges
Apart from the usual demands of working on a listed property, Joseph Giles had to maintain tight budget restraints from the quantity surveyor. The size and complexity of the property meant an extremely involved project management role to ensure existing hardware went together correctly once refinished.Result
Overview:
Refurbishment and re-plating of all existing listed door and window furniture, remaking of new hardware where required to exactly match existing. Supply of full hardware package to suit. New hardware supplied in other areas including external doors and garden buildings.
